Tango is a popular partner-dance and social-dance that originated in the 1880s on the border between Argentina and Uruguay.
In my later years I have developed a passion for Tango dancing and partake in twice weekly classes and events in and around the Sheffield, (UK) area.
Apart from providing ideal exercise, dancing has lead me to create a series of tango dance paintings which try to communicate the style, movements and passion of the tango dancers.
